4-8 Week Retouch Appointments

• All new procedures include a retouch appointment which must be booked and completed within 4 to 8 weeks of the initial procedure. If the retouch is not taken within this timeframe, it will be considered a top-up and charged accordingly.

Appointments

• For the safety and efficiency of your service, children, pets, or guests cannot accompany you to your appointment.

Lateness

• If you are anymore than 15 minutes late I will not have time to complete the service and your appointment will be cancelled. This is to keep my schedule on track so please take account of traffic and road closures, so you can arrive on time.

No-shows

• Failure to attend your appointment without any notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows will forfeit their deposit and any future bookings will require full payment in advance.

Cancellation

• If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment you will loose your deposit and another deposit will be required to secure a new appointment.

• If I am forced to cancel your appointment due to a failure to follow pre-appointment instructions, presenting with a condition contraindicated for the intended procedure your appointment will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit.

Payments, Deposits & Refunds

• I accept cash, card or bank transfer. I do not accept cheques.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the cost of your service and the remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.

• Your payment reflects the value of my time, expertise, creative skills, materials, and operational expenses as an artist. In light of this comprehensive consideration, refunds are not permissible under any circumstance.

Right to Refuse Service

• I reserve the right to decline service to anyone displaying abusive, disrespectful, or uncooperative behavior. This policy also extends to those under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Mobile Phone Policy

• To ensure a smooth and timely service, please switch your mobile phone to silent and keep it stored away during your appointment. This minimises distractions and ensures that services run on time.

Privacy Policy

• All personal information collected during consultations and procedures is handled with care, ensuring its security and exclusive use for the purpose of enhancing and customising your service.

Age Restrictions:

• As per the Tattooing of Minors Act 1969, you must be at least 18 years old to have a permanent makeup treatment.
